The process includes Pre-Cleaning, Soaking( Only for single & double boiled varieties), Steam Cooking & Drying.
The Quality Assurance between each process ensures that only the finest quality of rice reaches the traders who in-turn offer the same to the consumers. The rice is manufactured using German technology acquired from Buhler group, who offer the best rice milling solutions till date.
Dried paddy contains dust and impurities. They are cleaned thoroughly by the vibro cleaning machine. The clean paddy then passes through rubber sheller which is gentle on every grain removing only the husk and not the nutritious germ part of the grain thus retaining the nutritious value of the grain.
To enhance the glossy appearance on every grain of rice, they are polished with a spray of purified water. After polishing, rice glitters when seen at eye level infront of light. This is the process that determines the shelf life of the rice. This process is very carefully monitored at DHM Rice Mill thus retaining the average shelf life of rice when compared to polished rice of other mills.
We have achieved uniformity in weights for bags belonging to its respective sizes with the installation of bag filling machine which is PLC controlled ensuring accuracy in set weights. We have the capacity to pack any sizes between 1 to 100 KG packs. The stitching is firm and uniform with the nylon threads. We also deal with private label packings as per the customer requirements ensuring only the approved sample is packed. Finally the packed rice is stored in a cool dry godown free from dust and foreign particles.
